what i learned in ed tech so far
been working on an ed tech startup for exactly 2 years.

- b2b seems to work more than b2c.
- b2c follows b2b sales.
- hint: build in densely concetrated areas
2. traction builds overtime(~1.5 years), sustaining momentum matters
3. crafting a fun learning environment matters more than learning concepts
4. the concept of
having kids solve multiple problems using STEM over a course of time
resonates strongly, closes the deal among users (parents)
5. finding happiness in small achievements may seem less rewarding, even though, in retrospect, it actually holds significant value.
- eg: closing a customer, releasing a feature
6. AI has transformed the educational landscape,
- valley of disparity -> level playing field
7. AI has made education more affordable, our focus must shift towards inspiring and engaging learners.
8. kids who are inspired will find a way
